Levain Bakery
$65.00
Levain Bakery. Apparently, Levain’s giant-mega cookies are “meant to be shared.” IF you have ever had one of these cookies - you know that is nearly impossible to share. Turns out, cookies weren’t part of the original plan. But, in 1997, the NYTimes wrote Levain had “produced what may possibly be the largest, most divine chocolate chip cookies in Manhattan.” And in 2008, the pair competed on ‘Throwdown with Bobby Flay’. Things took off from there, and the rest is history.
Take it straight from Pam Weekes, the Ironman competitor and proponent of healthy living, “Obviously a cookie is a treat, so it's something you want to eat in moderation, but there's nothing unhealthy about it.”
